On the ground floor you will find the comfortable living room in front of the fireplace, the comfortable dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. Everywhere you look, you will feel the air of another era.
On the first floor you will find the large balcony, which offers a wonderful view of the village and the green hills that surround it, but also the possibility to dine there. You will also find three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two of the 1st floor bedrooms are master bedrooms and the third has a single bed for one person, but is still very comfortable. The village is called Klimatia and is one of the most beautiful and true to its roots. Opposite the residence there is parking for 3 cars on a plot of approximately 500 square meters, which can be used as a vegetable garden. Also, for a 3-year period, the tenant could take advantage of the family's olive groves with a total of 300 olive trees.
